sjewitt Posted April 7, 2016 Share Posted April 7, 2016 so when people ask to leave you get an option to ask your captain to speak to them but i don't get an indication this does anything? same with when you sign a new player you can get players from their country to speak (which is cool) but there no indication is does anything? so do these convo do anything at all? there more instances like this aswel. Welshace Posted April 7, 2016 Share Posted April 7, 2016 It's to raise their morale, which has knock on effects.. it can allow the player to resolve the issues they are having.. it's just a way of possibly getting a boost...
