Recently, my game updated to 16.3.1.

When i want to go back to 16.3.0, is it possible?

It is because of the additional features is use such as genie scout en fmrte

You cannot roll back an update. The outside utilities you use will usually be updated to the new versions very quickly, especially after a minor update. Otherwise, use steam in offline mode.

yes definitely they will release updates, but tomorrow is my free day and there's no update out yet for fmrte.

Speaking of licence update, is there a way to fix the Brazilian team names? When the game came out I made my own DB where I fixed all the German and Portuguese names but I really don't feel like doing those too. Is there some file we can delete to fix it or does it need to be a DB change?

If there is, it cannot be discussed on this forum for (what should be) obvious reasons. You'll have to use google or some other way of finding out.
