Requests and bug?

Hi there, I've got a few requests for future editions, which I'm sure have been requested, but thought it would be worth making them known anyway.

1. Back room staff for international management. Really annoying that I can't scout players, build up a knowledge base of potential/current ability, or even make a shortlist.

2. The option to arrange your own friendlys would be good too.

3. Search function for searching by division. If I'm managing an international team I pretty much only want to see players from the top division in my home nation, or maybe just search the 2nd division for the odd potential player.

I'm sure there are more but can't think right now.

I've also got a weird thing in my current game where managers at ai clubs are getting sacked, the rehired straight away. I've noticed it twice with top division teams, but I'm assuming it's happened more than that as I've been playing for 12 seasons now. I'm assuming this is a bug, doesn't affect my game just thought it was worth reporting it.
