Complacency

I've noticed recently that, when playing with a high-powered (read high-expectation) team, the chances of getting a poor result against a team that is say, 19th or 20th in the league, especially at home, is a lot higher.

I assume this is similar to the main FM, where complacency has crept in - but on FM, you have the team talks which you can use to combat this effect. With no team talks on FMM, what on earth are you supposed to do about it?!

You may need to alter your style of play from what you normally use for these games. Bigger teams are more likely to come out and play (leaving them exposed in certain areas), whereas bottom teams will sit back and look to counter.
