KeralaBlaster
I'm planning to start a new game managing Indian national team. The level of league, players and training facilities in India are poor. So I'm looking for a club to manage along with Indian NT... So that I can buy players from Indian clubs, train them and make the NT better. Here are the type of club I'm looking for: 1. a league with no foreign player restriction (or a league which allows 8-12 foreign players) 2. a club with good traning facilities 3. a club which has transfer budget to buy players from India 4. if possible, not a club with huge expectations to win a cup Any suggestions??? forameuss
You'd be better activating the Indian league and using that. Then you can directly affect the standard of players getting produced, rather than just buying average ones.

OrientTillIDie
The only way to do this properly is to manage in the league of the country you want to improve. I managed to get the Welsh league well up in the rankings (above the SPL and Danish Superliga amongst others) and made the CL group stage a few times. It's amazing how quickly it can happen if you do it well. In theory it should be easier in India because there's more money and you'll get much larger attendances because the population is so much higher. Although im not sure that it would have the wanted effect you are seeking, as the players potential are limited. Besides this you have to take Indias game importance into account as it effects regens.

sc91
One thing you could do is create a club in another league system (say England for example) and set the destination/location as a city in Indian (Delhi?), this will mean that the newgen players produced will be of Indian nationality. That said, you could have an Indian manager and take over one of the bigger clubs and be likely to be get 1-2 players a year through of Indian nationality. Plachy
Doubtful you'll get much change out of Indian regens but if you want to do it your way perhaps try managing in Belgium - no regulations there AFAIK, but you do need 6 Belgians in your match day squad (so you can play 11 Indian players if you wanted). Standard or KRC Genk would fit the bill, Anderlecht perhaps too good of a side. I think Netherlands/Germany would also be possibles but Belgium would be a solid starter. Odd challenge to try, but each to their own!
herne79
It isn't really as straight forward as just finding a club with decent facilities. You want to train Indian players to improve the National Team. To do that, you have to improve the quality of newgen players being created. A quick look at the Editor shows there is only one Indian player with a Potential Ability greater than 100 (he has a PA of 109), and just a few young players with a PA around the -5 / -6 mark. You can have the best training facilities in the world, but if you don't have players with sufficient potential they're never going to be any good no matter what. So, you need to improve the quality of newgen players being created in the first place and have great training facilities. So, the only way to improve the quality of newgens is to either have a foreign club with great facilities and a link with an Indian club (this would be very very limited however) or take charge of an Indian club and improve that. Ideally, you would take charge of several Indian clubs and improve them all. It's not just a case of managing a club with great facilities I'm afraid - you also need high potential players. Sankalan
Going bu your Username, are you not tempted to activate the ISL which has clubs with much better facilities?
Carninho
Keep an eye on teams with Indian owners too. I tried the same thing with Kuwait as at Forest I see many Kuwaiti players come through the youth system due to them having this. I guess Blackburn would be a good one to look at? Only issue i have is getting the better players to chose Kuwait (or in your case India) over England, as they will have dual nationality I did ok with the national team but after 5 years no decent youth players came through to fill all the required positions (I had the Kuwait league loaded).
