Spurs08
Just held a team meeting to try and improve my side's fortunes near the end of the season. We were at one stage 7 points clear in the league, collapsed to one behind with just four games to play, in all competitions only won two games out of seven, just got a last-minute goal to draw at home to a mid-table side and lost to our local rivals in the cup semi-final a few days ago as well as going out of Europe to inferior competition in that run. But apparently this isn't enough to constitute "bad form". In the last five games we've been 10th in the league when we were top of it and the minimum expectation was 4th, this on top of the cup failures. Why does nobody in the squad think this is unacceptable?

Spurs08
What's the general personality of the squad? Very determined, although a lot of my players are also listed as ambitious. In any case, not a single one out of 23 thought that was bad form. Including Model Professionals, Very Ambitious players etc. It seems a lot more like shoddy coding than a management issue.
