So I developed my best striker from youth to the first team. Now what?

He looks at his peak to me. Are you asking for suggestion how to use him tactically or just how to develop? Pretty obvious he is already a good player.

You tutor help another player develop mentally or learn some skills, or both. With neither information on personality and squad status, suggesting to keep him around for tutoring makes no sense. If he is professional and his squad status is key, and then I would look to have him as a tutor.

What is there to think? HE's 24 years old. Just build the attack around him, and watch as he clocked 60 goals a season for the next 5 years.
