Reuse manager profile and scouting in a new career game

Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked before but I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to reuse a manager profile and scouting knowledge in a new game?

Instead of starting again as a new manager and having to build up my reputation and scouting again, I'd like to reuse my current manager as it always frustrates me that I have to build up my reputation over and over again when starting a new game.

Is this possible? I want the players to respect and want to play for my manager in the same way they'd respect a Conte or Guardiola joining their club in the real world. Also building up scouting knowledge takes such a long time.

Select a higher starting rep when creating your manager.

As for scouting its got next to nothing to do with the manager its all down to the club and the staff they employ.

You can always export your Shortlists to a file and load them into a new game.

I think you can anyway.

What would happen then if you're 2 years in and there's a regen? You'd start a new game and that player doesn't exist.
