It'll depend on the context, what you say, what your reputation is and the personalities of the squad, so it will be absolutely impossible to tell you exactly what to say. I had alot of experiences with this game where it hasn't mattered what i said. Have even tried reloading and trying different responses with no luck. This is why i posed the question in the first place. I used to think the same as you though i will admit. This game has cured me of such naivety. I don't mean this as anything negative to you its just that my experience with this situation has been that it is impossible to say the right thing but can i assume you have had positive results often and not just once in a hundred attempts? I have positive results 99% of the time. Not every player agrees the first time, at times, but my reputation is such that I can persuade most of them to agree with me with the 2nd response.
