yorkie87
is it best to equal out all the training focus' (balance, fitness, tactical, ball control, defending, attacking and team cohesion) or focus on a few? I have been mainly focusing on defending with attacking movement for match preparation. But am worried none of the other areas are covered. Thanks
herne79
It's two different things. Fitness, tactical, ball control, defending, attacking are all aimed at improving your player attributes related to those areas. Balanced will merely train all of them. (Check the FAQs at the top to see which training areas affect which player attributes). Team Cohesion is the exception as that aims to improve your squad gelling at the start of the season when you have a lot of new faces in your team. Match Preparation on the other hand simply gives your team a little boost in the relevant area prior to a match.
