Adding Ajax/PSV to Bundesliga; can I disable relegation for them for X seasons?

The subject says it all, but I am experimenting to see how Ajax and PSV would do if they joined the Bundesliga (but keeping the traditional/coded 18-team league). I don't want them to get relegated immediately, if that were to happen. I realize it's a long-shot, but can I make it impossible for these two teams to get relegated for a minimum of 2 seasons (maybe more) and instead relegated the other bottom two, so they can have a fair chance and improve their finances more to be in line with a typical Bundesliga club?

That's not possible. But the smaller Bundesligaclubs do not have that much money, so they should have a good chance to stay in the Bundesliga. I think they can compete in the mid-table.
