How to prevent a nation to send its clubs to European club competitions?

As I said in another thread, I'm working on Monaco and Vatican leagues. In order to be closer to reality, I want to prevent the clubs of these nations to participate to Champions League and Europa League but I don't know how to do it.

I think I found a good tip:

simply associate the related competitions with Oceania continent.

Monaco is almost done and close to 1.0.

I'm working on Vatican now. I replaced it by Montserrat successfully.

My work is mainly based on the very good Sangue Blu's work but his leagues are currently bugged so I decided to fix them and add some realism.

As I lack of time, don't except fully realistic leagues about competition systems and some teams. It's really for my personal use. For example, Clericus Cup has no playoffs. Atm, I decided to add extinct clubs in the vatican league and create fictive ones based on real structures of Vaticani government, institutions and services to get a more exciting local league and freely anticipate what could be the Vatican league in the future.
