I have had an idea. We have quite a few saves ongoing at the moment where players are brought up through the clubs academy and eventually the first team. I am going to do the exact opposite of this with my team. I am going to strictly be buying players aged 30 and over. I will not be able to sign anyone under the age of 30.

I envisage a few problems with this.

1. I think my players will be unfit and will be more likely to get injured and tired

2. I think I will end up having to pay for players and pay higher wages

3.. Poor sell on values

I have chosen Bradford as its the closest club to where I will and fancy a save with them.
