No Foreign player

I checked everywhere in editor but couldn't find any way to change this. I want to play Turkish Super League(Spor Toto Super Lig) without any foreign player. How can i do that in editor?

You need to add a new fixtures rule in the advanced rules.

Either for the match squad or for the Overall Squad or both.

Rules>Add Nation Rules>chose Turkey+check "Add Lower Divisions And Cups To Existing Structure"

Rules>Convert To Advanced Rules

Advanced Rules menu>Turkey>Fixture Rules>pick a Rules>chose Turkish Super Lig as Competition+check "Squad Selection Rules" (at the bottom of the page)

In "Squad Selection Rules":
click on "Add"
select Overall Squad Rules>Foreign Players in Squad
select "Equals" as Criteria
select 0 as Value

Thank you so much. I found it but it says "Match Rules" not "Fixture Rules". That's why i couldn't find it earlier
