phnompenhandy
Are you part-time? Given the limited amount of time you have for training, it will take ages for any tactic to become familiar to the players. Just assess the best of the useless players you have, tailor a formation to their strengths, keep it simple (eg, direct play, lump it up to the big man) and be patient. It can take pretty much a whole season for the players to gel and get what you're trying to do.
anagain
At that level you'll want to concentrate on the basics. It's not about flair or intricate passing play at that level, but about strength, aggression and teamwork. Pick players who work hard over those with skill and concentrate on simple tactics. Like phnompenhandy said, direct football with simple positions; ball-winning midfielders over creative midfielders. Good luck.
