how does the player transfer value work?

Recommended Posts

Hey all the reason i ask this is cos i want to know how this player value works.

I bring some reserves up to the first team and u get some worth £250k and some 2.1million.

I then think the 2.1mill players is much better than the 250k just cos of there transfer value is this always right? Or should i be looking on something else?

The reputation of a player makes a difference too. If they have a great say U19 tournament with their national team, that'll increase their exposure, which in turn raises the reputation and increases the value. Basically near enough everything that can happen in the game, from form and injuries down to age and matches played can make a slight difference in how the player is valued.

Ok i will look out for this in the game.

Sometimes i pick players in reserves who has not got a contracts with the club, when i offer it sometime there value also jumps to 1.1million without even had any site of the game.

Do they know his potential and this why they do it?
