arsenalthebest
how does this work exactly? say you have a 5'5 guy & a 6'5 guy. If the 5'5 guy can jump 2 foot in the air & the 6'5 guy can jump 1 foot in the air do they have the same jumping reach or does the 5'5 guy have double jumping reach of the 6'5 guy since he can jump twice as high off the ground
santy001
Jumping Reach is an indicator of the height someone is at when jumping. In this case if they could both jump to 7'5" then they would have the same jumping reach, this would be quite the rarity however as the player is having to make up 30cm and then go another 30cm as well. Guest
Jumping reach is the maximum point a player's head will be off he ground with their best jump, theory is that two players of different height who both have a jumping reach of 10 will attain the same height when jumping. So the height is an unimportant attribute at all?
Guest
Height is still important as a taller player will have fewer instances when they need to jump to their maximum ability & has a physical attribute jumping reach will be affected by condition & height acts as a regulator for the jumping reach attribute which is achieved by having a common attribute range based on height, my understanding is that the CA cost of jumping reach is less the taller a player is.
