We've seen numerous transfers being justified by shirt sales covering fee's or sponsors chipping in for wages / fees. Is this something that can be brought into the game? For example, an up front conversation with the Commercial Director to say we are looking at player X who is valued at £20m. Our budget is £10m. What would be the expected shirt sales upon his signing and would this cover the shortfall in budget. I think this is touched on after the event in the 'boost in shirt sales' note and when interacting with the board, but I think further detail would enhance this area.
