Trying to make asia as dominate as europe

I made the top 7 countries in asia with top facilities rep and made all their players 170 ca and 170 pa and gave them a billion dollars in transfer money wage money and balance. Yet barcelona and real madrid are still at the top and the highest asian club is around 10th. What did I do wrong or is what I am trying to do impossible. I also made the asian champions league have a max rep rating and the afc cup to have max rep rating. So what more can I do? It seems even with the max facilities and rep rating and youth recruitment the asian players aren't developing to their full potential like the european ones.
