"Plays with first team tactics"

Under "Responsibilities", you have the option to instruct the youth/reserves teams to play with the same tactics as the first team. However, if you have 2-3 (slightly) different formations that you alternate for the first team (one offensive for home games, one a tad more defensive for away games, but pretty much the same shape), then the other teams in the club will use the tactic that the first team has "set" at the moment. Could it be possible to implement a feature that makes the teams use the tactics the same way, ie play a certain way at home, and more defensively on the road, but still using the same instructions and formations as the first team.

Maybe if one could have the opportunity to "mark" a certain tactic as "home" and another as "away", or in another way deliver this message "down the ranks" at the club?

Or at least we choose which from our 3 tactic the Reserve and Youth team will play.

Agreed. It's an unnecessarily hard black and white - either they use your formation or they don't. We should be able to tell the youth manager "I trust you to teach and use our general style as often as possible but make appropriate alterations when necessary."
