{Suggestion} - override Assman / coach training

In my current save, I have designated individual training to a member of my staff (Assman / coaching).

As manager, I would like to be able, by my own choice, to override that for individual players as I see fit.

Can't see a way to do this unless I do the whole lot - have asked mods in TTF and they also think this isn't possible.

Tiny tweak that would be really good

Usually, you'll get advice from you staff on individual training, you could take charge, set those you see fit as you like, and then just use your staff's recommendations for the rest.
