Powermonger
While playing tonight I got to thinking about the match day screens and I'd like to see the match day team & line-up screens enhanced a bit more. An extra screen I'd like to see is a team comparison screen, such that the Attacking, Midfield and Defending thirds of the teams are compared against each other to add a bit of analytical overview. The sorts of information I think would be good is a collective comparison of the Technical, Mental and Physical attributes, like the Attribute Analysis overview radial used in the player screens, plus other added information like assists, goals, pass rate %, Avg Rating below this radial. This would then be repeated with the midfield and defensive players. As a visual example (ignore that stats around the dial, these would be player attributes instead) What you would end up seeing is a field split into thirds with 6 dials for collective comparison of the two teams players. However looking further at the graphics above, a radial like this with team playing style distribution would also be great to see for analysing. I'd also like to see an enhanced line-up screen, where each player in the position also has some key stats listed next to them, such as their Average Rating, Condition, Appearances, Goals, Assists, Player of the Match, Shots on Target %, Pass %. Obviously all this can be shown at once on each player but if you click on a position then the next set of stats switch for view for all the positions. This sort of information is already displayed on a teams tactics screen but if this was brought across and enhanced for the match day line up screen then it would make this screen a bit more interesting to review and compare before the match. Powermonger
I found another example of positional comparison that is close to what I'd like to see on a match preview screen. This one compares match stats for all players and particular positions from the top 3 and bottom 3 teams from the Spanish La Liga BBVA. Something like this amended to compare the two teams facing each other on a match day would be quite beneficial to look at. You could have one view comparing the positional match stats, and then an alternative view comparing the positional attributes. Something like this could really push FM along with more analytical and data presentation, enhancing the match day experience so you can really see what you are up against. Powermonger
As an extra match day information screen, I'd love to see the following examples included as part of a post-match review illustrating passing networks and frequency. beardymouse
I like this a lot, although think it'd be something better suited to the scout's report on upcoming opposition

I'd like it to feel like such analysis came from an external source, like a commentary team instead of someone attached to the club.
