kevgaleuk
Is there a way of amending some of the player actions when defending? So often the second player clearing (usually a midfielder but not exclusively) insists of heading it further (when not under great pressure) and randomly rather than looking to bring it down. This inevitably turns over possession despite me focussing my team on retaining it. I get the first clearance the centre back had to make but the second one is usually unnecessary (and very irritating.) Naturally this will be related to things like composure and skill of course but I'd assume that (in conjunction with decision making) is likely to matter more in execution rather than actually deciding to do it Likewise wingers when you are breaking just pumping the ball to the lone striker who is surrounded when they have yards of grass in front of them to run into (and the setting of run at defences selected.) It'd be great to see them take it forward and help stretch the game And finally Goalkeepers NOT sliding out on their sides and wiping all in front of them out to claim the ball. Too often its toward them and they run out to bend down, keepers slide out on their side (occasionally getting dinked over by a clever quick striker) and claiming the ball ahead of the onrushing striker...
