can some one help me create a tactic that suits this team, i notice that this team has high aggression and bravery but lack in composure. So i conclude that this team will probably not good

playing good passes in tight areas like on the channels and such. This team probably also can close down opponents more often because of the high stamina,aggression and bravery.

i struggling to play this team because 1.) i never manage a team that high aggression and bravery as their main strengths 2.) this team best 11 plays in a 4-2-3-1 wide formation which is a 

formation that i reluctantly to use because it suits more towards expensive types of football that normally top clubs in certain league can play 3.) they got poor strikers aged 35 and

another one with good physical stats but poor finishing (riccardo meggiorini)
