Home Shirt wont load

I have downloaded a Russian kit pack and am currently managing Zenit.

All of the pack loads like do the logos I have downloaded and the facepack, however Zenits home shirt will not.

I have checked the number of the id and it appears correct and am not sure why it wont load it into my game - Zenit's away shirt shows up fine and there from the same pack with the same id number - its just the home shirt

Can anyone assist the config file reads (Ive highligted Zenits in red for ease), however it appears to be correct:

Got it going by turning off 'use licenced kits' in the editor then turning it back on again and also changing the shirt from icon to shirt in the edit

Don't know why only the away shirt shows though when the game is loaded and not the home shirt - then I have to turn off 'use licenced kits' which makes the away shirt disappear then when I turn use licenced kits back on both the home and away shirt appear as long as I have changed the shirt form icon to shirt in the edit
