[Suggestion] More natural player interactions

  • First Team Debuts: The coach who gives the chance a youngster to make a first team debut should become his favorite personnel & he should speak highly about him after match - just like the national team debuts. Then we may say "this is just beginning, keep working hard in both training & matches in order to continue this dream".
  • Idol/Favorited Personnel Effect: Most recent example of it, Arsenal signed Mustafi who explained the effect of Ozil on him to join Gunners. When we offer a contract to a player after the transfer offer is accepted, I think it would be more realistic to let his favorited personnel or his citizen in our squad to convince him to join the team we manage. Then the player (if he agrees to join) may reveal the effect of his idol to join the club instead of others, he may speak highly about his idol & mention he wants to follow footsteps of his idol, etc.
  • Some more interactions with squad such as:
    • To say a promising youngster that you are going to help him to reach his potential & so demand him to be more determined and consistent.
    • Encourage the player to improve his weakness such as "you have the required technique & flair to be a world class striker but you should improve your movement & off the ball. Please focus on those areas".
    • To say an experienced player that he is critical for the team, youngsters need his experience. Request him to help youngsters.
    • To say our star player that his performance is very critical for the club, so make him aware of his importance & keep him focused on the task.
  • Tutoring:
    • We should be able select which side of the game (I mean attributes such as movement, off the ball, finishing, etc) or PPM (run with the ball through the center like the tutor) we want the tutee learns.
