Gangor
It's fairly opaque from necessity, but from what I can tell a player's personality attributes currently can change in three ways - tutoring, squad character adaption, and in response to being warned/fined by the manager. Of these, tutoring in particular is very powerful, perhaps more than it should be. Surely, players would mature with age and experience? A player who has been around the block and played in many important games would surely be better at handling pressure, be more consistent and cope better with big games. A player who has a lower squad role that he would like might become more professional in an effort to progress his career. I would like to see players improve, and in some cases degrade, their personalities naturally over time. This would allow for tutoring have less of an impact on personality and more on other attributes.
