I'm doing a series for FM17 where I take the seat of being a director of a huge corporation (FC Coca Cola) and aim to build the brand from one club, into an empire conquering the world with multiple clubs (think Red Bull). I'm going into huge amounts of detail before the game is released detailing some case studies from existing clubs whose business models we'll be using parts of, and the choosing of our first club (that's episode 1, found here https://thehighertempopress.com/2016/09/22/taste-the-feeling-fc-coca-cola-1-0/) Episode 2 (https://thehighertempopress.com/2016/09/27/taste-the-feeling-fc-coca-cola-episode-2/) details the 5 year plan for the club, with the business plan laid out for the club. I have a question though how will this be played on Football Manager as you can't buy teams and (this might be wrong) i don't think you could move players between clubs from different nations? The "buying" of teams will have to be an imaginary purchase, but will be done by adding a new manager into the game for whichever team we decide to purchase after Antwerp. The moving of players will be easy since we'll have control over both teams transfers so can accept whatever offer we like (whether it be a loan or a very cheap deal etc).
