When will the stadiums with easy athletic circles? Here are some examples of stadium Napoli,stadium-Zenit,stadium Celta , plus in southern Brazil full of such stadiums! It's very easy , and would be a good addition to reality!

Is it not possible to just create them and leave them unassigned, so that we can assign them ourselves via the editor? 

 

It's a shame as basically all stadiums in the game look like English stadiums

Also, there's no reason why new stadia created by the game shouldn't have athletics tracks
