[SUGGESTION] In-depth interviews

Most countries in the game have some kind of dedicated football press, being a magazine, a website, whatever. In those you often see in depth interviews with managers and players. I think it would be great for you as manager to sit down with the press sometimes for a bit longer interview, that has influence on how people view you. 

You could say that you start with that in smaller media and go to bigger as you get a better manager, or if you manage a big club, you start at more influential media. 

It would give you a chance to tell more about your ideas and philosophies, that could make other clubs interested in you, or make them dislike you.

I like it, this would also provide more context to future 'regular' interviews or press conferences.
