Stewart1111 Posted October 28, 2016 Share Posted October 28, 2016 Why do top clubs keep buying my scout? I'm managing Rangers and Frank McParland my scout keeps getting offered to sign for big clubs. I've restarted the game three times hoping no club would try and sign him but they keep signing him. Frank McParland left Burnley for Rangers last year, and has refused talks to go back to Liverpool when they wanted him back. It's just not realistic that he wants to leave.
