Preferred foot

So, you can see if a player is right footed or left footed, however, no "reasonable, strong, very strong" ratings seem to be visible.  Plus, you cannot search for preferred foot when scouting.  So sad, so very very sad.

You need to check the tactic screen under 'development' for that information I believe, although foot pref may be visible on attritubutes as well from memory.

You can add the column "foot" on your player search page, so it becomes much easier to spot what you are looking for.
