Guest
When you enter a new club as a manager, the staff of the former manager will accept mutual termination of their contracts. But what about players? Are they more likely to accept squad status changes right after you've arrived? We know, of course, from real life, that the previous manager's Key Player may well be Not Needed by the next (look at Juan Mata at Chelsea, for instance). Obviously, players in real life may well get angry and upset about this, and they may do so in the game, too, but is there any kind of adjustment period built in for the time when you arrive at a new club? Guest
Thank you. I think the most likely answer is, indeed, a no, but I still wanted to ask.
