[Suggestion] Categorise Teamtalk options

Just a simple suggestion, for the team talk and sideline team talk options, can they be catergorised further, such as a label in brackets next to the talk to indicate the type it is.

i.e.

• Inspiring
• Demanding
• Critical
• Sympathetic
• etc

While some seem self evident, others are a bit ambiguous of their underlying intention.

Example: "[Encourage] Go out there an impress me" 

With the sideline team talks, I think these need to be organised better, perhaps have pure psychological talks grouped together and talks that make tactical changes grouped separately. Just would make things easier to understand and select.
