HarryWitham Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 I feel like the opportunity to create your manager's history, for who he played, for how long etc would be a nice little addition to the game and one that wouldn't require much work. For example i could list i played for Ajax for 4 years then Arsenal for 3 then Barcelona etc. Furthermore it would be nice if you could include other non-managerial roles in this history too. Such as saying your manager was a youth coach for a few years. Whilst this wouldn't hugely alter the game i feel it would add another layer of realism and interactivity. Aside from the statistical boost setting your managers past can give, I've always felt it lacked that depth of characterisation, and would have a notable effect on the way your manager evolves.
