Some kits are not showing in the game

Hi there,

 

I am using lot of graphics like kits, logos, etc and everthing is working fine. But yesterday I faced the issue that the home kit of my new team - Næstved BK - is not visible, only the away one. Both relevant files are in the graphics folder. Tried to clear cache but it is not helping.

Any ideas?

Looks like they have a special kit set for their home kit so you need to change the config file entry to look like this:

<record from="<GRAPHIC NAME>" to="graphics/pictures/team/542/kits/home/2016"/>

You'll also need to up the year each season or create several lines in the config file with a different year in each.

Alternatively once the full game is out and we have access to the editor you can edit the kit in the editor to set it to a normal kit rather than a special kit, however this change would only affect new save games.

Is there a search that can be done in the editor to find clubs with a 'special' kit so that they can be set to 'normal'?

Unless there has been some changes to the editor this year then no, there is two causes for the issue one is where the teams have a different kit set for different years (think Arsenal from a few years back) these will show in the editor with an entry in the year column but I don't think you can search via this in the editor, the other ones are due to the way the researcher entered the teams kits in their editor (researchers get a different editor than the one included with the game) if the kits are entered slightly wrong the default kits will show but the licensed/custom images don't get linked to them correctly in game, however there is no way to check for these teams apart from loading a save game and seeing which teams kits don't show and then going back and changing them in the editor.
