Manager Attributes - Judging CA/PA

Quick question while I wait fro official release of full game. When setting up a game and allocating attribute points to your manager, what benefits, if any, do you get from Judging CA ability and Judging PA ability. Do you get a more accurate indication of star rating and narrower attribute ranges when you click on an unknown player in the game database or do you "benefit" in other ways?

When creating your manager if you hover over the "i" it gives you a tooltip explaining what each manager attribute does, the Judging/knowledge ones just affect how many attributes are visible by default in player profiles when you have attribute masking turned on. It doesn't affect the star ratings as these are your staffs opinions of the player.

Better off to let your Assistant Manager and Scouts determine the player ability and potential. I'd allocate points to other aspects that help with team talks, player chats, and board favor.
