I played St. Etienne in FM16 for about 8 years before getting a job with Atletico. I think we won the Champions League once and Ligue 1 title.. twice? Even had a son regen as a keeper for them. They were one of the first teams I ever coached that wasn't the Columbus Crew. Got offered their job after I won 5 league titles with Columbus. In FM16, I managed Les Verts for about a decade or so with my Parisian alter ego, Jacques LeCoq, ex-France international star. We took League 1 three or 4 times in succession, and CL twice. Here in Canada where I live (in real-life), I get the French cable feed for football matches on Sunday mornings, so I sometimes get to see Ste. Etienne play. (I also managed Ste. Etienne in FM15 but cannot remember how well I did, its been that long ago ha !) FM17 looks great, eh ? Thats pretty awesome about getting the job with Atletico and the Columbus Crew, very cool.
