I believe it's still relevant because I follow the same steps and it works for me. Team Cohesion on High Intensity (NOT Very High to avoid injuries!) until Team Chemistry is at least 80% 50% split between General Training and Match Training No rest before or after matches Schedule easy friendlies every 3 days 10-12 friendlies Load one tactic and make no changes that would affect the familiarity bars (marking, creative freedom, width, etc.) There are certain instructions that you can change and they won't affect familiarity, for example: exploit either flank/exploit the middle, work ball into box/shoot on sight, pass into space, look for overlap/hit early crosses, roam from positions/stick to positions, run at the defense/dribble less, use offside trap Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
