Unemployed interview question

Hi,

i found that if we start the game unemployed and apply for job, very occasionally (actually the first time) in the interview I've been ask why you don't have any managing experience and could be trusted. I want to ask what is the criteria for been asking that question? Because I tried many times (20+ new saves) with the same profile (or with lower experience/licence/age) and apply for the same club, but never been ask that question again.
