Ghents Posted November 8, 2016 Share Posted November 8, 2016 I could be wrong, but I think as long as you load the appropriate leagues, they can promote up to a point. They cannot be in the same league as the parent team. For instance I'm playing as Athletic Bilbao, so the highest by B-Team can go is the Segunda division. A little off topic but, what would happen if the B team found themselves in a position to be promoted to the league that the A team is getting relegated from?
