COYSBVB Posted November 8, 2016 Share Posted November 8, 2016 I believe it depends on which position you agreed to play him in the pre-contract discussions. Well if you promise to play him in his favoured position it will tell you in the pre-contract discussions what position that is. Not sure if you can check what it is after you've signed him. I'd suggest you play him in each position for a bit and his morale may drop, saying along the lines of 'hopes to be played in his favoured position in the future' and if it's the right position it'll say something like 'pleased to be getting some games in his favoured postion'.
