can I edit specific nation so their can produce more talented player?

can I edit specific nation using FM Editor so their can produce more talented player?
we know famous nation for football in game can produce high quality player, but how about another nation (not famous nation for football? can I edit in editor so some nation can produce more high quality player?
I don't know what must I change in editor, nation popularity maybe?

Yes you can, you just go into that specific country and change a few things

Each Nation has a Youth rating. 0-200. You edit that particular figure.

Brazil is usually top at about 160ish?

thanks, but if I use system that use fake player and staff, are that player is based on new youth rating? or still need waiting for regenerated date(youth candidate day)?
I try it, most PA is 4 star, but player attribute is so low, too low maybe, ie: 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 4 but PA star is 4

I think it only affects the regens not the real players in the database

but, if everything succeed, how about their salary?
do they asking like in europe player -+10m salary?

I want edit the league, but afraid if their player asking high salary

just edit what you want

use a custom start date etc and start around about the time regens are generated or holiday and then you can see in game what happens
