Motty25
Hi, Last time I posted on here was about my U21 team, and yet again my manager is getting onto my nerves. He keeps playing players out of position despite having players available who naturally suit those positions. In addition, he fails to substitute players when they are extremely tired (condition around 40/50%). Is there any particular attributes that control this? I thought he might be doing it because he likes to fit players in to preferred tactic, but he doesn't. Is his tactical knowledge a factor? Surely it doesn't take a genius to realise it's a better idea to play a RW in the right winger position than playing a CM there instead. Many thanks for any help.
