Feature requests for future iterations of Football Manager

Managers have a huge variety of options to them, in how to manage their players, staff and club.
However, if it is possible, I'd suggest adding in the feature to set and manage certain financial options such as;
- Ticket prices. (Some clubs have huge stadiums. If one could lower ticket prices, maybe more fans/people would show up to watch your team. At the other end, if the club doesnt have the options or financials to build a new stadium or upgrade current one, and the team has 95% or more filled stadiums, raising ticket prices could help the club until an upgrade can occur or until an upgrade is complete.
- How loans are repaid. (If club suddenly comes to some money, via a sale perhaps, it should be possible that a 2 mill. loan that is repaid over 10 years could be repaid at once or faster.

Introducing the "Social Media/Tweet-a-like" system is fun and interesting to watch. However a few additions I'd like to see to this;
- The clubs own players/staff able to tweet or re-tweet.
- Clubs former players/staff and or favoured personnel/idols able to tweet or re-tweet.
- Us, the manager able to re-tweet and see fans, players and or staff respond to what the manager tweets/re-tweets. Of course there could be some options as what to tweet/retweet like in the press conferences.
Being able to communicate with the fans would be a fun new addition.

Managing in the lower leagues is a tough ask. And the financial department is most of the time a slog. As time goes in the lower leagues, going in to the reds tend to happen, I'd love to see an options added to help turn this around;
- That the manager is able to turn to the board and politely ask them to take a loan to help the club out of the financial troubles it has landed in, to avoid it staying afloat.
Of course the manager could get options from the board to how or when the loan should be repaid. Like reduce transfer income from sales, limiting wage budget etc.

Often more than not, I see clubs come in and bid for some of my players, mostly young talents. I just seem to reject their offers over and over again, without them even coming back with an improved offer.
Why have several options in how we reject an offer, his they don't have any impact? (Reject -> Important Player for the club = Club comes back the next day with another offer of same value) (Reject -> Indispensible Player ...... = Club comes back the next day with another offer of same value) You get the point. :D
And often a player turns down a contract deal with the manager, just to accept an offer from another club with less value in it. That just isnt realistic.
- Make Club/Manager AI more intelligent in the transfer and contract negotiations. So that they increase their bids every time they come in with another bid on the player, just like what WE have to do before they accept.
- Make player AI more intelligent in which club to join when two or more contract offers are on the table.
Seems unrealistic that a league 2 player turns down 4,000 £ per week from me, a bigger and more reputable club in league 1, just to accept 1,200 £ per week from another club in league 2.

Goalkeeper ratings.
- I hope to see goalkeeper get some better match ratings for matches where they did a good job, like the screenshot I've attached which speaks for itself. 9/10 shots saved, but only a 6,9 rating???

No, I get it might not be that realistic to have managers set ticket prices.
However I do hope that it would be possible to see the prices for the different competitions and how they increase as your club rise through the competitions.
