Active league option disappear after editing national rules

Hi everybody,

I've just edited the number of subs for all the England leagues and after that I could play with the Premier League, the Championship, the League One and League Two with the new settings.

But the option to play with Vanarama National League and  Vanarama National League North/South has disappear, I cannot select the lower leagues anymore:

 

Anything like that has happen with you?
