As I'm setting up for the second season, amongst other staff, I offer my Ass. Man. a new contract. All my staff had a couple of years to go. Whilst he's considering it, out of the blue I get a message saying his contract has been terminated, and the board have appointed the Munich second team Ass. Man. to replace him. My Ass. Man, had considerably better attributes, CA and PA than the goon who replaced him. I'm set to hire and fire staff as my responsibilities, so how does this occur?
