spanish 2ºb divsion and scottish league2?

hello everyone, I used to play FM in PC, but noadays I havent got enought time to play it, so I am thinking to buy FM mobile for my Huawei tablet, is cheaper, easier and I can play in anyplace

 

but before to buy it I have some questions:

- Can I play 2ºb spanish division? (I play every year with my local team UD Logroñes (with real players)

- Can I play scottish league1 & league2 and english league2?

- There are youth team/junior tema in the mobile version?

-I suposse that I cant install any mod or patch, can I?

-I supose It will be able to play offline (without internet/wifi)

You can play both leagues and there is no youth team but at the beginning of every season some youth players come through the youth system and you can decide to release them or give them a contract.

You can install some graphics and you can also modify the database

It's played offline, you can modify the database to an extent not like in the full FM obviously.
