I want to play an EPL save in which all clubs have to stick to certain rules regarding Home Grown and Under 21 players. 1. No less than 5 U21 HG players in a competitive match squad 2. No less than 2 U21 HG players in the starting line up 3. No less than 5 HG players (any age) in the starting line up Is there a way to edit such rules into the game so that every club has to stick to it? Thanks.
