Dynamic In-Game Challenges

I would like to see a system where challenges are dynamic. Instead of starting a new game doing a challenge, why not impelement them as in-game features?

For example, you've just been sacked and are looking for work. Your reputation is high enough to attract an offer from a job in another country or in the same league / league below you were previously managing. 

"You have been approached by <club> in regards to taking over as interim manager until the end of the season".

Other examples:

 Injury Challenge - "You been approached by xxx club in regards to taking over as permanent manager. We have chosen you as you're known to be an attack-minded manager (high attack stat)"

Class of 92 Challenge -"You have been invited for an interview to manage xxx as you have reputation for bringing youth prospects through (working with youngsters skil)

It would just make the game a bit more dynamic and alive imo.
